MONEYBACK GUARANTEE:

Money back Guarantee will only be applicable where Tech Resolve fails to resolve the problem in the registered computer of the customer which is covered under the registered specific subscription plan and is within the scope of the offered services. This guarantee will only be applicable for the first 30 calendar days of registration.

For all other general Refund or Cancellation requests, the below mentioned policies will be applicable:

Applicable for Subscription Based Plans:

The customer should not initiate a chargeback from its issuer bank but can stop the future payments by contacting Tech Resolve any time with the below mentioned guidelines:

Monthly Plan:

• Monthly Plan fee is non refundable if service is availed even once
• In case service has not been availed then the Monthly charge will be refunded and future recurring payments will be cancelled
• No Refunds after 7 calendar days but future recurring payments can be stopped

Quarterly and Half Yearly Plan:

• Plan fee is non refundable
• If service is not availed even once and the customer initiates a refund within 7 calendar days then the Recurring fee will be refunded and future recurring payment instructions will be cancelled
• No refunds after 7 calendar days but future recurring payments can be stopped

Applicable for all Incident Based Plans:

• There will be no refund after providing service
• 60 percent of the price will be refunded, if service not taken within seven calendar days of purchasing the plan
• No refund after seven calendar days of purchasing the plan

Refund clauses

• Refund policy does not apply for Free Trial Offer
• Refund policy will be valid only if Tech Resolve failed satisfactory solutions of issues mentioned in the scope of services
• Refund can only be claimed if customer's issue is not resolved or customer did not get the support in time
